The Barking Bee Company is a family-run beekeeping operation based in Kemptville, Ontario, tending apiaries across Eastern Ontario and supplying farmers markets, local food producers, and households throughout the region.
Every jar is 100% wildflower honey from regional hives. Nothing added, nothing taken away. Because what's in the jar should taste like where it came from.
The Barking Bee Company believes there's something worth protecting in the work of beekeeping: the patience it requires, the seasons it answers to, and the connection between healthy land and what lands on your table.
Their goal is simple: real honey from real hives, made the way the bees made it.

Epoch Acres is a small farm growing fresh, seasonal produce and crafting simple pantry staples with a lot of care. We believe the best food comes from healthy soil, honest practices, and a real connection to the people who eat it. That means farming in a way that builds the land up over time, harvesting for peak flavour, and offering food you can feel good about bringing home. We’re here for the families who want to know where their food comes from—and who want local to be easy, nourishing, and genuinely delicious.
Medley Micro
Medley Micro Farm Inc. is a small, sustainability-focused farm in Leeds Grenville, Eastern Ontario, founded by Robert Stickle and Jeanette Johnston out of a lifelong commitment to health, wholesome food, and community.
Their specialty is microgreens — up to 40 times more nutrient-dense than their full-grown counterparts, and grown through winter when fresh local produce is hardest to find. Every crop is raised chemical-free: no pesticides, no herbicides, only organic fertilizers.
Medley Micro is also community-minded at its core. A portion of every harvest is donated to Loaves and Fishes, a local meal program — because Robert and Jeanette believe good food should be accessible to everyone.

Slow Roots Farm is a small-scale certified organic farm and plant nursery in Kemptville, Ontario, growing vegetable, herb, and flower seedlings for home gardeners and garden centres across the Kemptville and Ottawa region.
Every seedling is grown to certified organic standards. No shortcuts, no compromises. Because what goes into the soil matters as much as what comes out of it. Slow Roots believes there's something worth protecting in the process of growing food: the patience it takes, the attention it demands, and the connection it builds between a gardener and what ends up on their table. Their goal is simple: give you the best possible start, so you can do the rest.
