The preserves are made from what the farm grows — turning peak-season fruit and vegetables into jams, jellies, and pickles that last through the year.
Fly Creek Farm believes in the long haul: first-generation farmers who built the farm from scratch, learned the work season by season, and are still at it years in.
Their goal is simple: grow good food, and put up the harvest for the year ahead.

Heartbeet Farm is a certified organic farm in Augusta Township, Ontario — halfway between Kemptville and Brockville — growing over 40 varieties of vegetables, cut flowers, and annual small fruits on 16 acres.
Everything Heartbeet sells is grown on their own land using organic and regenerative practices — methods that build soil, sequester carbon, and increase biodiversity on the farm.
Heartbeet is owned and operated by David Mazur-Goulet and Kathryn Garvie, who bring 25 years of combined growing experience to the farm — alongside a team of full-time staff learning the craft as the next generation of Canadian farmers.
Their goal is simple: grow great-tasting, nutritionally dense food you'll love to eat and feel great about.

Janine's Gardens is a small farm on Bisseltown Road near Brockville, Ontario — run by two neighbours and friends who grow chemical-free microgreens, vegetables, and cut flowers together.
Everything is grown without chemicals — year-round through hydroponics, and seasonally from the garden — with a focus on freshness and food that supports healthy living.
Janine's Gardens believes that what you eat matters — that food grown with care and shared with the neighbours around you is worth taking seriously, and worth building a farm around.
Their goal is simple: no shortcuts, no chemicals — just real food, grown with care.
Medley Micro
Medley Micro Farm Inc. is a small, sustainability-focused farm in Leeds Grenville, Eastern Ontario, founded by Robert Stickle and Jeanette Johnston out of a lifelong commitment to health, wholesome food, and community.
Their specialty is microgreens — up to 40 times more nutrient-dense than their full-grown counterparts, and grown through winter when fresh local produce is hardest to find. Every crop is raised chemical-free: no pesticides, no herbicides, only organic fertilizers.
Medley Micro is also community-minded at its core. A portion of every harvest is donated to Loaves and Fishes, a local meal program — because Robert and Jeanette believe good food should be accessible to everyone.
North Grower Gardens
North Grower Gardens is a family-owned market garden located in the village of North Gower, Ontario. We grow a variety of vegetables, plants and flowers on our small farm. Our mission is to provide fresh, nutritious vegetables to our community.
A passion for gardening and a desire to reconnect with nature is what inspired us to grow food to share with the community. The lush, fertile soil on our property allows us to harvest more than we need for our family. We take pride in the vegetables that we produce and we hope that your family enjoys them as much as ours does.
